The "S" Word

Submission is not a popular word, but the Bible clearly commands us to submit ourselves to God and to those He has put in authority over us. Submitting yourself to the Spirit's promptings, to the wise counsel of those you are in community with, and to correction from church leaders can prevent you from choosing to go the way that might seem right to you in the moment, but in the end leads to death (Proverbs 14:12).
