Followers of Jesus are called to put off their old selves, no longer living in the ways of the world. We are to be different, and to be made new. That transformation does not come from willpower or from striving to change our behavior; our behavior is always going to follow our beliefs. If you don���¹t like your behavior, examine your beliefs and remind yourself of what is true.
