The Word of God Is Enough

As people of the Church, do we really believe that the word of God is alone enough? Today, we are living in a consumerism culture and if we're not careful, this culture can bleed into the Church and how we think Church should be. But in the Bible, God himself clearly outlines what we can do to share the gospel with others and show the world of his love. Do we still believe the very words of God in scripture? Or have we fallen victim to what the world thinks will "draw a crowd"? Francis Chan reminds us that the answer is not changing the service, but it's about changing our hearts. And God alone is the one who does this for us through his word, because his word alone is enough.
